Director of Nursing Labor and Delivery (Hiring Immediately)

**Job Overview:**
RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a highly dedicated Director Patient Care,
Perinatal Services: L&D;, Mother Baby, and Level II for RWJ Somerset Medical
Center.
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing required. Master s preferred
* Current New Jersey RN Licensure
* BLS required. (American Heart Association)
* A minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience in an acute care setting is required
* Previous experience as a nursing director is preferred,
**Scheduling Requirements** :
* Full Time 40 hours per week
**Essential Functions:**
* Staff includes RNs, CNAs & Unit Secretaries.
* Director will manage the staffing, budget & quality measures of the Unit
* An integral part of the Nursing Leadership Team at RWJ Somerset
* Responsibility for multiple teams who support daily essential patient care
* This individual is responsible to have 247 responsibility, recruit and manage multiple teams and improve quality and customer satisfaction,
