Job Description:

Position Details:

• Earn $286 per day with full benefits starting on your first day!
• Drive shuttle routes transporting goods Sunday through Thursday nights.
• Flexible start time between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Position Purpose:
As a Shuttle Driver, you are essential to our food supply chain. You will ensure timely delivery of products, maintain relationships with our customers, and safely transport empty trailers to the warehouse while delivering full trailers back to our locations.

Position Responsibilities:

• Conduct safety checks and inspections of your vehicle before and after each trip according to DOT regulations.
• Report any safety issues or required repairs promptly.
• Adhere strictly to DOT regulations and company driving guidelines.
• Verify that all necessary route paperwork is present for each load.
• Efficiently drive pre-scheduled routes to deliver trailers.

• Perform safe hook/unhook procedures for trailers.
• Park and store tractors and trailers in designated spots.
• Ensure all cargo is properly secured and locked during transport.
• Return damaged goods and customer returns back to the base, completing necessary documentation.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and loading dock areas as required.

Qualifications:

• At least 12 months of commercial driving experience.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be in good standing if currently employed internally.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Valid CDL A license with a Doubles Endorsement.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Ability to work a third-shift schedule, Sunday-Thursday nights.
• Pass post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Valid DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Capable of lifting and using equipment to manage products weighing up to 90 pounds.
