**Responsibilities**
+ Support delivery of business and system requirements (based on specialization) to accomplish business goals.
+ Perform data aggregation and analytic/performance reporting information to various business lines within the organization.
+ Design reporting automation and dashboard reporting. Perform advanced data extraction from various source databases, normalization of data and automation of processes.
+ Perform Data Quality validations and related analysis. Provide business requirements and acceptance testing.
+ Apply knowledge of Futures & Options, OTC clearing business and Collateral & Margin process to accomplish business goals and ensure delivery of business and systems requirements for projects.
+ Analyze and assess risks within the domain using Risk Analysis matrix, SWOT analysis, and Brainstorming to develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.
+ Perform data analysis and reporting using Jira and Confluence to capture and analyze project data, derive actionable insights and make informed decisions.
+ Perform technical data analysis by utilizing SQL to query datasets for design, development and support tasks.
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related; and
+ 5 years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or a related IT occupation.
+ Must include 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Applying knowledge of Futures & Options, OTC clearing business and Collateral & Margin process to accomplish business goals and ensure delivery of business and systems requirements for projects;
+ Analyzing and assessing risks within the domain using Risk Analysis matrix, SWOT analysis, and Brainstorming to develop and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies;
+ Performing data analysis and reporting using Jira and Confluence to capture and analyze project data, derive actionable insights and make informed decisions; and,
+ Performing technical data analysis by utilizing SQL to query datasets for design, development and support tasks.
+ The employer will accept 2 years of IT experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree in a stated field.

Pay and benefits information
Pay range
$190,000.00 - $200,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary award based on their overall individual performance results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the Company.
