Level 4 designated maternal center caring for the most complex patients at any gestation

Number of Beds – 22 beds (16 labor beds)
Number of Staff – approx. 100 staff with RNs and support staff
Type of staff:
Day Shift – 1 charge, minimum of 2 surg techs, 1 unit clerk, staff RNs to census, typically 10 staff during week and 7 during weekends
Night Shift – 1 charge, minimum of 2 surg techs, 1 unit clerk, staffs to census, typically 9 staff during the week and 7 during the weekends
Patient Ratios – 1:2, 1:1
Type of equipment –
EMR – CPN and Meditech. referral bonus $500.00 and quarterly bonuses
