HR Service Delivery Specialist - Talent Management and Onboarding

LOCATION: Riverwoods IL, Chicago IL, Dallas TX, Madison WI, Philadelphia PA, Kennesaw GA, Atlanta GA, St. Cloud MN, New York City NYHybrid – 8 days a month in the officeOVERVIEWYou will manage a high volume of Talent tasks including work related to performance and talent management cycles and new hire orientations. You will work with applicable Centers of Excellence, HR Operations Specialists, and HR Partners to ensure agreement on delivery and administration of work.This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Human Resources Operations Manager.RESPONSIBILLIITIESManage reporting for performance management and ensure distribution and alignmentReview potential list of promotions for impactful conflicts and share results with appropriate team membersProvide an outstanding, customer first approach to answering questions from employees and managers related to performance management and talent planningAnalyze employee status related to assessing outcome eligibilityIdentify trends in talent and performance management related inquiries to improve responses, educational materials, and processesOversee materials and execution of US new employee onboarding orientation sessionsDetermine appropriate path for escalations to resolve inquires for pending new hiresProvide backup coverage for other areas within HR Operations Service Delivery teams including background checks, global talent acquisition, offboarding, and initial case management evaluationQUALIFICATIONSEducation: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience:A minimum of 5 years of HR or relevant experience including 2 years of talent/performance managementProficiency in office software especially in MS Excel including the ability to use formulas, create pivots and charts, and design complex templates for analyticsBe deliberate and responsive with a commitment to high-quality deliverablesTRAVEL: <5%#LI-HybridCompensation:Target salary range CA, CT, CO, Hi, NY, WA: $74,550-$103,200EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY Wolters Kluwer U.
