- Valid CDL Class A from the state of residence.
- Minimum 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
- Previous logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
- Acceptable work history for the past 10 years with gaps in employment accounted for.
- Valid long-form physical and medical card performed within the last 12 months.
- Negative DOT drug test result prior to employment.
- No discharge for safety reasons from a previous employer.
- No more than 2 license suspensions for non-moving violations.
- No more than 2 moving violations in any motor vehicle within the last 3 years.
- No license suspension or disqualification for traffic convictions within the last 3 years.
- Capability for prolonged sitting and physical tasks related to loading and unloading freight.
- Ability to perform pre-trip, safety, and end-of-day inspections.
- Capability to tarp and secure freight weighing up to 100 lbs.
- Capacity to handle tie-downs and securement with up to 100 pounds of force.
- Proficiency in throwing straps and chains to secure loads.

- Hourly rate: $26.
- Runs to various locations including Dayton, OH; Lansing, MI; Grand Rapids, MI; and more.
- Home daily within a 40-mile radius.
- Shifts available: 2nd shift (2 pm-10:30 pm) and 3rd shift (10 pm-6:30 am).
