Job Requirements / Description
- Define and drive the product vision, balancing customer needs with business goals. Build a product that both delivers what people want and creates demand in the market.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, customer groups, investors, and regulatory bodies. Ensure the product meets both customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain a detailed roadmap that prioritizes key product initiatives and outlines the order of operations. Secure sign-offs from stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
- Work with stakeholders to implement compliance features in the customer-facing mobile app.
- Act as a key point of contact for addressing any pushback or challenges, while ensuring that product direction is maintained while considering technical constraints.
- Proven experience in product management, especially in a role that involves balancing customer needs with regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of agile development processes and experience working with multiple Scrum teams.
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, customers, and stakeholders to develop and prioritize product features.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting (EPA experience is a plus).
