CMA currently employs over one hundred and thirty (130) professionals throughout the State of Florida, which affords our valued clients top-level service.CMA is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Delivery to work on Transmission, Distribution, and Protection & Control projects for municipalities and Investor-owned utilities within the Southeastern United States Candidates should be able to efficiently plan and organize their workload with their team, demonstrate success working with a team of professionals, a commitment to quality, good communication skills, and a positive work ethic. ResponsibilitiesProject management.Proposal preparation.Project and budget coordinationPerform Technical CoordinationPreparation of proposals and scope development for the following:Conceptual designs and execution plansEngineering/project cost estimates and schedulesLead efforts for the execution of the following engineering activities:Physical substation designCalculations for studies and reportsEquipment specifications for procurement and/or factory acceptance testingSupervise, train and mentor less experienced engineers and team members.Support in marketing pursuitsQualificationsBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.Professional Engineer (PE) license.Candidate shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experienceProficiency with National Electrical Safety Code and IEEE / ANSI StandardExperience with CDEGS preferredExperience with ASPEN preferredOutstanding organizational skills.Strong sense of urgency, project responsibility and initiative.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.CMA's High Standard of ProfessionalismChen Moore and Associates is a company which is unique in its commitment to quality.
