This position is responsible for...
Implementations and growth in assigned national IDN's. S/he will work in conjunction with the assigned Strategic Account Manager and assist Sales Representatives through the implementation processes. This position is also responsible for installation and implementation of key initiatives within health systems, interdepartmental communication, training and promotion of other programs relevant to the need of the account. S/he will provide customer service and support to existing assigned national accounts.
Your day will be very busy... you will:
- Take a leadership role for national implementation of large health system conversions. Accelerate and maximize the opportunity for health systems and Breg by communicating internally and externally with all key decision makers, this includes working with third party distributors.
- Review and analyze current business within assigned national accounts to identify opportunities for improvement; institutes actionable plans and works with reps to implement.
- Work closely with the Strategic Account Manager team on the appropriate transition from closed to implemented initiatives across assigned health systems.
- Own all aspects of implementation, education, and installation of proprietary Breg initiatives within assigned IDN's.
- Schedule, prepare, and deliver, customer-focused business reviews with assigned IDN's to meet and exceed customer and Breg objectives.
- Report relevant market dynamics, account penetration, and opportunities, to support assigned health systems and accelerate revenue.
- Continuously evaluate and provide feedback on the Breg IDN offering to ensure Breg and its customer's needs are met.
- Communicate with National Accounts team on operations for alignment on new/existing programs.
- Plan and direct projects through leadership, consultation and mentoring of professional co-workers across the organization.
What your background will be:
- Bachelor's degree required with emphasis in business, marketing, sports medicine or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have 3+ years' experience in one of the following:
- Account management
- Large multi-site implementations
- Sales training experience
- Previous medical product experience
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint in a business capacity.
Other requirements:
Travel is required up to 10% of the time. Travel will be mostly regional in nature and could be accomplished either through driving or air travel. Occasional overnight trips will be required.

Salary/Pay Range: $81,400 to $100,500 annually, plus bonus eligibility. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
