We are seeking a Client Delivery Manager – Data & Software Engineering for the Ecosystem Engineering Services team with strong expertise in data architecture, software development, and strategic planning. This role involves leading the development and implementation of software and data strategies, adapting complex data systems and applications to meet customer needs, and identifying business opportunities through data-driven insights and software solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering clear and effective presentations, both for data analytics and software products.


Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to define and deliver innovative software and data solutions that align with business objectives.
  • Manage a team of up to 7 Engineering Consultants, providing guidance and support in both software development and data engineering projects.
  • Lead project teams to ensure successful delivery while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Act as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for both software and data engineering teams, offering insights and direction on complex technical challenges.
  • Oversee financial aspects of projects, including reporting, budget estimations, and contract management, ensuring alignment with client and company goals.
  • Contribute to the ideation and development of new services and products, driving innovation in both software and data engineering domains.
  • Serve as a senior individual contributor on select high-impact projects, providing hands-on technical leadership where needed.
Minimum Requirements
  • Degree in a technical field: Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in Data and/or Software Engineering, with 2+ years managing a team of engineers or developers.
  • Extensive experience with Cloud Solutions, including Azure and AWS, as well as experience architecting software and data solutions across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable solutions for data pipelines, software development lifecycles, and system architecture.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to adapt software and data strategies to meet customer needs.
  • Expertise in data strategy and decision support systems, including identifying opportunities and risks from both software and data perspectives.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead teams effectively, including cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.

The base compensation range for this full-time position is between $120,000 - $150,000 plus benefits. Compensation decisions are supported through market data, where regional variances may exist based on cost of labor. We also take into consideration prior experience, relevant skills, education and/or training, certifications and, as applicable, other required qualifications.
