Crane OperatorQualifications:A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.Minimum of three years as a Crane Operator required.Experience with hydraulic, friction, and pile driving a plus.NCCCO or NCCER certified a plus.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Promotes, executes and adheres to the companys safety program.Operates multiple pieces of crane equipment used in underground construction, base preparation and construction, and paving.Operates cranes in a safe and appropriate manner.Performs daily maintenance and safety checks of crane before and after each use. Reports to Foreman, Superintendent, or Project Manager if there are issues.Conducts pre-operational checks on crane, and clean, lubricate, and refill the equipment as necessary.Maneuvers crane equipment into loading or unloading positions. Follows signals from loading crew as needed.
