Travel Nurse RN - Labor/Delivery in Salem, MA

**Job Title:** Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Night Shift)

**Shift:** 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** Minimum of 3 years in Labor and Delivery
**License:** Active RN License
**Certifications:** BLS, NRP, EFM. ACLS Preferred.
**Must-Have:** Experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Circulate, & Newborn Care
**Job Description:**
- Work in a 25-bed unit encompassing Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, Newborn Care, 2 Operating Rooms, 2 ANU rooms, and a Recovery Room.
- Maintain a clinician-to-patient ratio of 1:2-3 during evaluations and 1:1 during active labor, magnesium infusion, or epidural administration.
- Provide care to all patient populations.
- Engage with an average daily census of 15-25 mothers, babies, and labor patients.
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system for charting and patient records.
- No floating required.
- Engage in rotating shifts with one night of call.
- Comply with certification renewal every two years for EFM.
- Take advantage of optional ACLS certification for enhanced patient care.
