High school diploma or equivalency requiredTwo or more years of related experience and/or training preferredExperience with safely operating a forklift and scissor lift within manufacturing environmentDemonstrated ability to work in a team and possess a positive communication styleMaintaining a valid driver’s license (class D; operator) strongly preferredBasic computer skills, including internet, MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), ERP software, document control software strongly preferred; willingness to learn requiredMath skills to include addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and oral instructionsPossess the ability to react to changes of responsibility throughout the dayMust have the flexibility to respond to multiple assignmentsAbility to work any shift, including nights and weekendsAbility to speak, read and write English fluentlyPhysical DemandsAbility to pass a “Fit for Duty” physical exam.
