As a Delivery Route Driver, you will be responsible for handling direct store deliveries on a daily basis, Monday Friday. So, if you are looking to be a member of a quality-driven team that is family-based, and encourages great ideas and quality workmanship, please apply.Responsibilities:Perform daily inspections on trucks and report daily on its operating conditionsEnsure vehicle is maintained in a safe and professionally operating conditionMaintain driver log in accordance to federal motor carrier regulationsPromote and maintain company, FMCSA, and OSHA safety policiesResponsible for loading, transporting, and delivering milk products from the warehouse or depots to customersRotate and fill shelves with merchandise at retail locations removing out of date product as neededAssist in writing customer orders and make changes as neededAccurate account collection and reconciliationCollect all empty cases returning to warehouse at the end of shift.Provide superior customer service to each account through timely and accurate delivery of all products, always engaging in positive interaction with customersAct as a liaison of the company, resolve customer concerns and issues and when unable to do so provide information to supervisory staffRequirements:Minimum of 3 months driving experience with CDL-A/B;Must be able to drive a standard transmissionMust have an excellent work and driving historyGED or H.S. diploma required.Must be able to work in all types of weather conditionsMust be able to push/pull stacks of crates weighing up to 250 lbsMust be capable of frequent climbing, bending, and twistingMust be available to work 6 days per weekMust be able to work variable days and hours, including holidays
