Warehouse Coordinator / Driver

Don't be just a number. Join our team! Kortman Inc. (formerly Kortman Electric) seeks a highly motivated and reliable individual to join our team as our Warehouse Coordinator. This role is responsible for the shipping, receiving, storage, organization, and delivery of tools and equipment to support our construction operations. Construction industry experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the warehouse and yard.
• Schedule, arrange, and perform material, tool, and equipment delivery/pick-up.
• Oversee tool repair, maintenance, and tracking
• Perform basic computer operations such as email and tool-tracking applications

• 5 years of combined field, warehouse management, administrative, or comparable experience.
• Proven experience in safely driving delivery vehicles and maintaining a clean, legal driving record.
• Permissible criminal background to qualify for credentials granting access to secure client facilities in sectors such as Education, Aviation, Law Enforcement, Military, Municipal, and Technology.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, outdoors, and in extreme temperatures.
• Physical fitness to perform rigorous tasks, including lifting and climbing ladders.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage diverse responsibilities.
