Delivery Driver

Hartung Glass Industries is hiring a Driver at our Salt Lake City, Utah plant starting at $18-$20 per hour. As a Glass Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting glass products to various locations, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. You will handle fragile materials with care, maintain a professional demeanor with customers, and adhere to all safety regulations.
Requirements

• Maintain a valid UT driver's license
• Have a current DOT Medical card
• Maintain an acceptable MVR
• Meet scheduling requirements as outlined
• Pre & post trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle mileage log (electronic and paper)
• Complete paperwork correctly (shippers/return slips)
• Check and secure loads
• Accurately track delivery and pick-up of A-racks and slot racks
• Log in patterns and returned items
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery
• Able to pass DOT regulated drug/alcohol screen
• Adhere to all DOT guidelines
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to provide stellar customer service and resolve issues as needed
• Great attendance and work ethic
• Other duties as assigned
