- Complete welding projects on time while ensuring quality and safety.
- 2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3 AM (10% pay differential!)
- Initial Training on 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6 AM - 4:30 PM
- Set up and layout jobs using blueprints and diagrams.
- Operate machines to trim, size, form, inspect, and weld materials.
- Perform welding in various positions (flat, horizontal, vertical, overhead).
- Inspect and maintain welding equipment.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic math.
- Stand for long periods and occasionally lift 25-45 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- U.S. person status required.
- TIG welding experience preferred but not required.
