Requirements
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a logistics, transportation, or driver management role, focusing on driver training and development.
  • CDL (Commercial Driver's License) or driving experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and mentoring direct reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage new hires and foster a positive work environment.
  • Familiarity with transportation management systems (TMS), HR compliance, and driver qualification standards.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices for driver recruitment, retention, and training.
