Job Requirements / Description
- Key requirements for this position include:
•CDL license with a HazMat endorsement preferred, but not required. United Safety will provide training and
assist with CDL licensing upon hire.
•The focus to follow all pertinent traffic regulations and the USL Vehicle Policy
•Successful completion of a defensive driving course
•The ability to manually handle various pieces of equipment as required for loading, transporting and unloading,
the ability to work in a variety of outdoor environments and negotiate stairs and ladders.
•The willingness to function on call as required and transport required equipment in the event of an emergency
•The ability to work 10-12 hour shifts which may include extended periods of time away from home - The ability to handle a high degree of responsibility where errors in judgment or attention could lead to grave or
life-threatening consequences
