Delivery Driver

Job Description
Bright Flag has partnered with a local, well known home delivery company that is hiring delivery drivers to join our team in the Sterling, VA area! Our drivers operate out of the Sterling terminal and use standard extra-large cargo vans provided by the employer. No CDL required!
Terminal Location: 44301 Mercure Circle, Sterling, VA 20166
Pay: $19.50/hr
Schedule: 4-5 day work week with 1 weekend day required
Hours: 11:30 am - 10:00 pm

Requirements:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a Drug Test
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Physically able to lift packages from 1-2 lbs up to 50 lbs, and move up to 150 lbs with a handcart
• Comfortable delivering on mostly rural routes
• May make up to 115 stops per shift, delivering 150-200 packages per day

Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the Sterling, VA terminal to pick up the vehicle and packages
• Load and unload packages from the truck
• Deliver packages to destinations
• Scan and log packages
