Work Type: Full Time, In-Office
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 commensurate on experience

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will review our engineers' schedules, incoming requests, and client-committed due dates in real time to ensure the most appropriate and efficient utilization of resources. The SDM will perform real-time monitoring of dashboards, service-level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs) in support of Velo's talented engineering team to best identify opportunities to exceed clients' expectations!

Additionally, the SDM will support our business unit leaders in identifying opportunities for coaching and training to help our engineering team continually improve and excel in the pursuit of our vision.

Velo will provide the SDM with training, mentorship, career certification opportunities, and an environment to grow and develop professionally. All we need from you is your positive attitude, organization and social skills, and your willingness to fight for the hard yards!

Position Overview:

Required Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations management, IT operations, or service delivery management
  • 5+ years of professional experience
  • Fundamental understanding of service operations, field service, resource scheduling, and great communication skills!
