Kiewit Power Delivery is a full-service engineering and construction solutions provider, completing projects of all sizes and complexity. This position is based out of Portland, OR.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for multiple projects to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.
- Lead and manage a large team or department, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Oversee and manage overhead department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Lead multiple projects or one mega project concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Communicate supply chain issues, risks, and performance metrics to district management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement strategy development and implementation.
- Advanced leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading large teams or departments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing department budgets.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex supply chain issues and risks to senior management.

Base Compensation: $137,000/yr - $143,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
