Kiewit Power Delivery is a full-service engineering and construction solutions provider, completing projects of all sizes and complexity. Across North America, our experience spans all transmission and distribution market aspects from high-voltage overhead and underground transmission to distribution design, automation design and construction capabilities. With these broad capabilities, we operate in the electric utility, renewable energy, industrial, and oil and gas markets. 

Location

This position is based out of Portland, OR. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for multiple projects to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Lead and manage a large team or department, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage overhead department budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Lead multiple projects or one mega project concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
  • Communicate supply chain issues, risks, and performance metrics to district management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in procurement strategy development and implementation.
  • Advanced leadership and management skills, with a track record of leading large teams or departments.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing department budgets.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex supply chain issues and risks to senior management.

Base Compensation: $137,000/yr - $143,000/yr

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
