Salary Range: $121,000.00 (Min.) - $150,000.00 (Mid.) - $180,000.00 (Max.)

The enterprise Portfolio Management Office (ePMO) is accountable for intake, execution, and managing the oversight of strategic programs and projects. The Portfolio Delivery team ensures timely execution of programs and projects in support of LAC's strategic direction.

Duties

  1. Sets priorities related to assigned program enterprise portfolio projects and associated project timelines.
  2. Drive successful portfolio outcomes in support of strategic business initiatives.
  3. Accountable for managing program schedule, cost/budget, resources, quality, scope, and business benefit.
  4. Responsibility for special projects and company initiatives.
  5. Responsible for holding project work teams accountable for on-time delivery of assigned scope.
  6. Responsible for appropriate change management practice in partnership with stakeholders.
  7. Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree (In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered).

Education Preferred

Master's Degree

Experience

Required:
At least 6-8 years of relevant Program Management experience.

Preferred:
At least 4 years of experience in Program Management within a Managed Care Organization.

Skills

Required:
Demonstrated success managing programs with multiple, large scale, diverse and complex projects.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Licenses/Certifications Preferred

Program Management Professional (PgMP)
