Role : Porter / Courier - Key Hyundai of Manchester
Key Hyundai of Manchester is a New and Used vehicle automotive dealership and service center dedicated to providing an unparalleled experience to our customers.
Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Porter / Courier to handle the crucial task of intercompany deliveries between our three locations in Manchester, CT, and Milford, CT. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth flow of important documents, including vehicle titles, customer registrations, and other time-sensitive materials. Additionally, the Porter / Courier will make bank runs and perform other errands as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. The position will be based out of our Key Hyundai of Manchester location, with daily travel to our two Milford locations.
Key Responsibilities :

• Secure and timely delivery: Transport vehicle titles, customer registrations, and other critical documents between our Manchester and Milford locations.
• Bank runs and errands: Make regular bank deposits and handle other errands as assigned, ensuring the efficient operation of our business.
• Vehicle maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle.
• Professionalism and communication: Interact with staff at all locations in a professional and courteous manner.
• Time management: Plan and execute routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
• Record-keeping: Maintain accurate logs of deliveries and mileage.

Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license: Must possess a clean driving record and be comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent: Basic education and communication skills are required.
• Reliability and punctuality: The ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain a regular schedule is essential.
• Attention to detail: Accuracy and careful handling of sensitive documents are crucial.
• Strong communication skills: Effective communication with staff at all locations is necessary.
