Delivery Driver's needed to deliver packages in Mission Viejo and the surrounding cities.Delivery Driver should expect to carry packages weighing up to 50 lbsBenefits and Scheduling:Starting pay is $19.75 / hour (paid bi-weekly).10-hour shifts are typicalMedical insurance is available for full-time employees who are eligible to enroll effective on the 1st day of the month following 30 days of employmentPaid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment4-day workweek (40 hours) is typicalA minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal breakKey Duties and Responsibilities:Delivery Drivers should be able to handle and deliver packages on timeSafely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle, follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policiesDrivers should provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditionsDelivery Drivers should keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locationsCommunicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completedUse Company-providedsmartphone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team membersDelivery Driver should be able to load and unload packages in delivery vehicleSupport the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routesRequirements for a Delivery Driver:Must be at least 21 years oldMust be authorized to work in the United StatesMust pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening and background checkMust have a clean motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skillsEquipment Provided:Branded Delivery Vehicle!Handheld technologyUniformsOther safety and administrative gear necessary for job accomplishmentJob Type: Full-timePay: From $19.75 per hourExpected hours: 30 - 50 per week
