Bilingual - Maintenance Helper/Forklift Operator
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $16 - $18 (depending on experience)
(MUST HAVE Sit-down Forklift Experience)
(Bilingual - Spanish/English Preferred)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facility Maintenance Helper to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our facility by performing upkeep of equipment, building systems, and grounds. Your work will be essential in maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient environment, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of office buildings, shops, grounds, and work areas, adhering to company standards and safety regulations.
• Execute repairs and replacements of broken or outdated parts, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members, when necessary, while also being able to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility maintenance or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in facility management.
• Experienced in safe operations of a Sit-Down Propane Forklift

Work environment:
Indoor A/C warehouse (some work outside as well, but mostly in warehouse)
