Job Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional service and respond to inquiries from guests
• Handle event bookings from initial contact to completion with attention to detail
• Produce and distribute contracts, complete catering paperwork, and handle post-event correspondence
• Support sales efforts of the department with an emphasis on catering
• Possess good communication and computer skills
• Maintain safety as the top priority in all aspects of work
