Civil Sewer Excavator Operator A Advanced Septic

As we continue to GROW at A Advanced Septic & Construction, we are currently searching for an energetic self-driven individual to join our team as an Excavator Operator (Septic/Sewer Service & Repair). CDL A Required.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead a 2-3 Crew Member Team to Safely and Productively complete Septic and Sewer Excavator Service and/or Repairs
2. Safely and Productively Operate an Excavator to complete tasks/jobs as assigned per engineering plans/designs
3. Perform Repairs related to Residential/Commercial Septic Systems and/or Sewer Systems
4. Assist other Septic Service Teams On-Site with Pumping/Repair of Septic Tanks as needed
5. Work with Blueprints and Job Specifications
6. Identify Proper Materials and Quantities for New and Existing Projects
7. Conduct Daily Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections on Truck, Trailer, and all Equipment; Safely Load/Unload Excavator
8. Keep Company Vehicle and Equipment properly Serviced, and Clean
9. Communicate throughout the Project with Customers, Supervisors, Estimators, and City/County Officials
10. Perform General Labor Duties as Assigned and/or as the Workload Dictates

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. CDL A Required
2. 2+ Years Minimum Excavation Experience Required
3. Knowledge of basic Septic System Knowledge and Operation Preferred; familiar with Reading/Understanding Septic Drawings or Asbuilts
4. Pierce/King County O&M Level 2 Specialists Active License Preferred
5. Ability to Safely and Productively Work in a Physically Demanding and Labor-Intensive Position
6. Able to work in all Climates; must be able to Multi-Task
7. Team player and Willing to learn/Will train
8. Management/Leadership experience a plus
9. Minimum 23 years of age (Insurance Carrier Requirement)
10. Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record; Ability to Pass Drug Screen & Background Check
11. Excellent Communication Skills; Professional Appearance and Personality
