About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Service Delivery Executive to join our team. As a Cyderes Service Delivery Executive, you will orchestrate the seamless delivery of our cybersecurity services for one or more strategic Cyderes clients and you will report directly to the Head of Customer Success. You will partner directly with the client CISO, security architects, and security operations team acting as an extension of their team and as a critical security advisor. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our services not only meet but exceed client expectations, driving strategic initiatives that align with their business goals and expand our client relationship.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategic alignment and discussions with CISO and executive stakeholders to understand their cybersecurity objectives, provide insightful guidance, and align our services to deliver maximum value.
- Act as the primary conduit between CISO, architects, and operational teams, facilitating clear and effective communication to address issues and optimize service delivery.
- Collaborate seamlessly across cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product management, to enhance service offerings, drive retention, and explore expansion opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end service delivery for assigned client, ensuring stringent adherence to SLAs and maintaining superior service quality.
- Oversee the implementation and enhancement of advanced security technologies, including SIEM solutions, threat detections, breach attack simulations, and MITRE ATT&CK framework integration, to advance security postures and reduce attack surface.
- Conduct comprehensive service reviews and performance assessments, leveraging insights to continuously refine and improve our MSSP offerings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements, translating insights into actionable strategies that keep our services at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation.
Requirements
- Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field degree(s), and/or equivalent experience/certifications relevant to the position.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or relevant MSSP-specific credentials are highly advantageous.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in service delivery management within the cybersecurity or IT services sector, with a strong emphasis on Managed Security Services preferred.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, strategic discussions with executive-level stakeholders, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Deep expertise in SIEM technologies, threat detections, and familiarity with frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership acumen, with a track record of inspiring and leading cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
- Experience with cloud security technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS).
- Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
- On-Site (2-3 days per week).
