- Must be at least 23 years old
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable CDL-A driving experience within the last 5 years
- No more than 7 jobs in the last 5 years
- No terminations within the past 12 months
- No employment gaps exceeding 3 months in the last 12 months of recent driving experience
- No more than 3 major moving violations in the past 3 years
- No more than 3 minor moving violations in the past 5 years
- No preventable DOT accidents in a commercial vehicle within the last 3 years
- No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years (including rollovers, rear-end collisions, jackknifes, etc.)
- No drug or alcohol violations within the last 5 years
- Must meet Tucker's core values of Safety, Service, Respect, and Positive Attitude
- Must be at least 23 years old
