Hiring CDL A Driver!
Compensation

• Payment every Friday (Work week from Thursday-Wednesday the week prior)
• Starting rpm of $.50/mile
• Pay rate increases to $.60/mile after monthly mileage goal is achieved
• Flexible driving time to fit your schedule
• $1,000 annual loyalty bonus
• Detention Pay: $15/hr after 3 hours
• Layover Pay: $120 per 24 hour period
• Average Miles: 2,500-3,000 per week
• Minimum 3 weeks (21 days) per month on the road but drivers can choose what dates they are home with advance notice
• We do not offer medical benefits at this time
• We use a fuel card

• No driver facing cams
• No drop and hook loads
• No pick ups or drop offs in complex cities like Chicago, New York, Los Angeles
• No touch freight 99.9% of the time
• We try to limit our contact with our drivers and let them do what they do best - drive!

• Minimum 1 year of Class A experience (must have a valid US CDL)
• Located in Cincinnati/Dayton, OH
• Clean MVR
• 3 weeks (21 days) OTR, 1 week home
